Background
FXCIntel provides vast quantities of analytic data sourced from normally inaccessible data points, including deep company-specific data provided by users of the system, for financial people involved in foreign exchange.
Role
I provide user experience and product design guidance for parent company FXCompared across the FXCIntel portal, the FXCompared web site, as well as supporting tools. I also designed the suite of logos for the company.
As the quantified data and user base has grown, so have both the needs and the features. The modus behind the first version of design was specifically created to provide for that room to grow while leveraging and emphasizing existing data. A model for future scope deltas allowed the interface to evolve by providing a master interface design subordinated by templates specific to the data set. Enhancement are validated through iterative A/B testing and released in moderate increments.
